The Rwandan Society for Performance Improvement and the USAID-funded Human and Institutional Capacity Development Project present Dr. Ingrid Guerra-López, Director of the Institute for Learning and Performance Improvement for a presentation and discussion on measuring performance improvement. This event is of interest to private and public-sector managers, academics, and consultnats interested in learning about cutting-edge approaches in the evolution from capacity development to performance improvement. 

Dr. Guerra-López’s research focuses on improving performance results and decision-making through the design and use of performance measurement and evaluation systems. She has written six books on performance evaluation and assessment, as well as published over thirty articles and more than a dozen book chapters on performance improvement, assessment, and evaluation.  Dr. Guerra-López earned her Ph.D. and Masters in Instructional and Performance Systems and her undergraduate in psychology with honors from the Florida State University.
